Industrial thermocouple type K with sheathed cylinders and connection wires. ANSI-sheathed thermocouples feature threaded cylinders and connection wires. The sheath is made of stainless steel 310 or Inconel alloy 600. It is highly flexible, allowing the sheath to be bent or shaped for various applications and processes. The insulated hot junction has a temperature range of -40 to +1100 °C. It includes a cup seal with fine threads of M8 x 1.0 mm (200 °C) and 100 mm connection wires, PFA double twisted 7/0.2 mm, color-coded according to ANSI MC96.1.
