This compensation cable features PVC insulation and meets the requirements of BS4937 Part 30 1993 as well as IEC 584-3. It has a flat pair structure with adjacent conductors that are insulated with PVC and covered with a PVC outer layer. The cable is fully round, waterproof, and highly flexible. It is suitable for thermocouple extensions of types K, J, T, and N, with complementary thermocouples VX (KCB) and U (RCA) for types K and R/S. Stranded conductors are available in either 7/0.2 mm or 13/0.2 mm with insulation of tolerance class 2, which can operate between -10 °C and 105 °C. The color coding for wires and sheath is in accordance with IEC-584-3.
