These heating elements must be installed so that the quartz tubes are positioned horizontally. They may only be used if appropriate electrical, thermal, and mechanical protective devices are in place to ensure that access to hazardous components is safely restricted without the use of tools. Quartz heating elements in a steel housing provide a quick response. The operating voltage of the heating element is 220/240 V AC. It emits infrared energy in the medium wave range of 1.5 to 5.6 micrometers. The recommended radiation distance is between 100 and 200 mm. Two M5 x 30 mm mounting bolts are located on the back, and the connection wires are 75 mm long with a solder bead. These heating elements are suitable for curing, heating, and drying with infrared radiation in the medium wave range.
