These elements should only be used where appropriate thermal, electrical, and mechanical protective devices are in place to prevent access to hazardous points without the use of tools. Ceramic heating elements feature Ni-Cr resistance wire and are available with or without a thermocouple (Type K). They operate at temperatures ranging from +300°C to +750°C. The glazed ceramic surface protects against oxidation and corrosion, ensuring high radiation efficiency. The length of the connection cable is 100 mm, and the recommended radiation distance is between 100 mm and 200 mm for industrial applications. Applications include long-wave radiation curing, heating, and drying.
