Cage nut. The nut is captive in a spring steel cage; both are galvanized. Designed for mounting front panels on sliding systems, instrument housings, etc. Two different thread sizes in two versions for varying material thicknesses. Made from galvanized steel, with a retaining capsule made of galvanized spring steel. Ideally suited for use with front panel screws type N for material thicknesses from 0.7 mm to 1.6 mm and type W for material thicknesses from 1.8 mm to 2.6 mm. Groundbreaking 9.53 x 9.53 mm.
