These cables are not intended for use as line cables or for direct mains connection of devices. Shielded multi-pair cables, 22 AWG. These cables offer high attenuation of crosstalk and interference, providing excellent isolation of individual signals, for example, when connecting peripheral devices to computers. Each pair consists of 7/0.25 mm (22 AWG) tinned copper conductors insulated with polypropylene, twisted with a tinned copper wire, and wrapped with aluminized polyester tape (except for the 2 pair, which have a tinned copper strand). The selected number of pairs is completely wrapped with polyester tape and a PVC outer sheath. Each pair of conductors is color coded for better identification, and the ground wire ensures good ground continuity.
