Bevel gear transmission with a gear ratio of 1:1. The unit features steel bevel gears and shafts that run in ball bearings and bronze bearings. There is one ball bearing and one sintered bronze bearing per shaft. The ball bearings also serve as thrust bearings, protecting the bevel gears from axial loads due to varying forces. The cast, solid housings are made of 30% glass-fiber reinforced nylon and have four drilled mounting holes. The output shafts have a diameter of 5 mm with keyways. The length from the base of the housing to the end of the shafts is approximately 57.5 mm. The gearbox is lubricated for life and designed for harsh applications.
