The strip brushes are made from black nylon 6 filaments and are enclosed in an electro-galvanized mild steel guide. They are housed in an extruded, machined aluminum alloy carrier. The operating temperature range is between -50 °C and +100 °C, and they are resistant to most common solvents. The brushes are available in various thicknesses with different filament lengths and can be easily cut with a metal hacksaw and bolt cutters. Instructions are included with the product. Delivery is in lengths of 1 m, with specifications referring to the bristle length.
