The ROLOCK Expander Power Torque is the tool for expanding copper, stainless steel, and aluminum pipes with diameters of 10-12-15-16-18-22-28 mm. The universal wear protection and high hardness of the expansion mandrel are achieved through the TiN coating. Protection against contamination and energy-saving operation is ensured by EPT Technology (Enclosed Power Transmission Technology). The increased durability and load capacity of the expander head result from the specially hardened segments. By using the ROLOCK, up to 50% of costs for labor, soldering materials, solder joints, and energy can be saved compared to fitting connections. The bayonet lock allows for quick changing of the expander head.
