The high-quality pressing rings CB-MP have been specifically designed and developed by ROTHENBERGER for pressing applications in the field of refrigeration and air conditioning technology. With this version of the pressing ring, users are well-equipped to crimp fittings for piping systems within refrigeration systems and heat pumps with a maximum operating pressure of 48 bar in compliance with system standards. Thanks to ROTHENBERGER's DURA LAZR TEC® technology, an innovative partial laser hardening process, precise and secure crimping is achieved while simultaneously increasing service life. This results in minimized wear and a doubling of the crimping cycles compared to the previous model. Additionally, long-term corrosion protection enhances the durability of the pressing jaws. With the use of a high-strength special steel, the pressing rings are suitable for all pressing machines with an axial thrust force of 19 kN or 32 kN.
