The 10-bit A/D converter offers up to four times the improvement over conventional 8-bit A/D converters. You get sharper waveforms with more signal details.

10 Msamples of memory depth is available for each channel when all channels are active. In interleaved mode, 20 Msamples are available. This is ten times more than comparable oscilloscopes offer. This leads to longer signal sequences and thus more analysis results.

The R&S RTB2000 offers users more than just an oscilloscope. It also includes a logic analyzer, a protocol analyzer, a waveform and pattern generator, and a digital voltmeter.
