The 10-bit A/D converter offers up to four times the improvement compared to conventional 8-bit A/D converters. You get sharper waveforms with more signal details.

10 Msamples of memory depth is available for each channel when all channels are active. When interleaved, 20 Msamples are available. This is ten times more than comparable oscilloscopes offer. This leads to longer signal sequences and thus more analysis results.

The R&S®RTB2000 provides users with more than just an oscilloscope. It also includes a waveform and pattern generator and a digital voltmeter. Dedicated operating modes for frequency analysis, mask tests, and long-term data acquisition are also integrated.
