The new tool safety feature

To ensure maximum safety, a label is sewn into the nylon strap that becomes visible once the maximum tensile load is reached. This allows for quick identification of any damage to the device, enabling it to be taken out of service.

  • Retraction force: 170 g (does not retract the tool, only the line)
  • Extendable up to 150 cm
  • Line material: stainless steel with polymer coating
  • Swivel carabiner made of stainless steel with locking screw
  • Tested by third parties: 2:1 safety factor (ANSI/ISEA – International Safety Equipment Association)
  • Textile loop: nylon strap with label.
