Machine suitability:

Material suitability:
The RHODIUS JUMBO SPEED P X-LOCK flap disc was specifically developed for machining stainless steel (e.g. V2A, 1.4301), steel (black steel also called structural steel, St37, S235JR, 1.0037 or carbon steel) and cast steel. The disc scores here with a very long service life with continuous aggressive stock removal.

Design and manufacture:
The disc is manufactured and safety-tested in accordance with EN 13743 and is also oSa-certified. The supporting disc is made of polyamide. This enables very soft grinding. The JUMBO SPEED P X-LOCK uses a high-quality ceramic grit (sintered corundum) as the abrasive grain. This is self-sharpening. All RHODIUS flap wheels are also free of iron and sulfur. The flaps of this disc are conical. The conical arrangement of the flaps of 10° improves the ergonomics during grinding and thus facilitates handling.
