RAU Workbench ESD

ESD workbench with an adjustable height range of 650 to 1000 mm, dimensions 1000 x 700 mm. The design is electrically conductive. The height can be adjusted using the aluminum profile to set the working height between 650 and 1000 mm, with a maximum surface load of 450 kg. The frame legs are made of square steel tubing (45 x 45 x 2 mm) and include a depth reinforcement (center) as well as an integrated aluminum profile (40 x 40 mm) for height adjustment. The upper frame is constructed from angle steel (35 x 35 x 2 mm) for panel support, and the cross braces are made of steel profiles. The workbench frame features two pairs of legs (45 x 45 mm) and a frame for the tabletop. The frame legs include an end element with a non-slip knob for secure standing. The EGB melamine board is 28 mm thick, with both the top and bottom coated with conductive light gray melamine resin according to DIN 68765. It has a volume-conductive core layer, normal abrasion resistance, and conditional scratch and impact resistance. The surface is stain-resistant against substances from groups 1 and 2 according to DIN 53799 (e.g., acetone, alcohol, gasoline, nail polish remover, organic solvents). The product is delivered unassembled for easy assembly.
