Red clover sprouts have a particularly mild and delicate flavor. Sprouts are the simplest way to incorporate essential vitamins, minerals, trace elements, secondary plant compounds, and fiber into your diet year-round – all freshly harvested and locally sourced from your home windowsill.

Usage: Ideal as a topping for salads and soups, in smoothies, and dips.
Preparation note: Soak before sprouting. Rinse thoroughly with clear water before consumption. Root hairs may form. Use 1 tablespoon of seeds per seed tray or sprouting jar. Soak for six to eight hours. Rinse twice daily and harvest after 3-5 days. The ideal sprouting temperature is 18-22°C.
