Fenugreek sprouts have an intensely spicy flavor. Sprouts are the simplest way to incorporate essential vitamins, minerals, trace elements, secondary plant substances, and dietary fiber into your diet all year round – and they are freshly harvested and locally grown right from your windowsill.

Usage: Ideal as a topping for salads, on bread, for soups, for Indian curries and Asian dishes, in soy cream cheese.
Preparation instructions: Rinse thoroughly with clear water before sowing and consumption. The formation of fibrous roots is possible. Use 1 tablespoon of seeds per seed tray or sprouting jar. Soaking is not necessary. Water twice daily and harvest after 2-4 days. The ideal germination temperature is 18-22°C.
