Product details
Ideal as a topping for salads, in smoothies, summer rolls, and dips. Sprouts are the simplest way to incorporate essential vitamins, minerals, trace elements, secondary plant compounds, and dietary fiber into your diet all year round – and they are freshly harvested and locally sourced from your own windowsill. This aromatic sprout mix includes lentil seeds, mung bean seeds, and adzuki beans in organic quality. The seeds for the mild-flavored sprout mix are cleaned, mixed, and packaged.

Use 2 tablespoons of seeds per sprouting jar or glass. Soak for twelve hours. Water twice daily and harvest after 3-5 days. The ideal sprouting temperature is 18-22°C.
