Broccoli sprouts have a mild, spicy flavor. Broccoli sprouts are cleaned and packaged. Origin of the main ingredient(s): Italy. Usage: Ideal as a topping for salads, soups, and in smoothies. Preparation instructions: Rinse thoroughly with clear water before sowing and consumption. The formation of fiber roots is possible. Use 1 tablespoon of seeds per seed tray or sprouting jar. Soak for six hours. Water twice daily and harvest after 4-6 days. The ideal germination temperature is 18-22°C. Ingredients: Broccoli seeds (Brassica juncea), from controlled organic farming.
