Rademacher RADE tubular motor

The RolloTube M-line Small (MLIS 10/16PZ) is a self-learning tubular motor with soft stop and reverse function. Thanks to Plug & Play, it can be installed in a particularly time- and cost-saving manner, as the tubular motor does not require endpoint learning or a learning run. Only rigid shaft connectors or mounting springs, as well as stops or a stop strip, are necessary for self-learning. The motor automatically detects whether rigid shaft connectors or mounting springs have been used. It features precise position detection and torque monitoring, and thanks to integrated blockage detection in both directions, it protects the fabric from damage. Additionally, the motor has a particularly sensitive and gentle obstacle detection system. If the motor detects a blockage or an obstacle, it reverses to clear the blockage or obstacle. The motor can also be connected in parallel and features a lockable universal motor head, allowing for tool-free installation and ensuring high compatibility with other systems. The RolloTube M-line is delivered with a fixed rubber connection cable. It is pre-adapted for an octagonal steel shaft with a key size of 40. With the available accessories, it can also be adapted for octagonal steel shafts with key sizes of 50 and 60, round shafts with diameters of 40 and 50 mm, and spiral shafts with a diameter of 50 mm. The torque is 10 Nm and the speed is 16 rpm.
