The fabric is rather firm and not permeable, even if it has small holes.
We have always stretched the sail outside all summer, but in the evening or during storms we stretch it downwards so that it offers less surface to attack. So far it hasn't done anything to the sail.
Mathematically, this gives a UPV of 10 (lets pass a tenth).

Only the sail. There are metal "rings" at the ends. You therefore need either something to knot (rope) or something to hook (carabiner, hook etc.) or a combination of both.

That depends on whether you have fastening possibilities. The best way is with a normal cord, as shown in the picture. You could also drill holes in the walls and then attach a hook. At the moment we can only offer the following kit: Perel fixing kit for awnings
