Does this work with handleless doors on the outside?

Can I use a Nuki Smart Lock Pro 4th Gen with a corresponding adapter on a rotary knob? According to Nuki, this model is only possible for cylinders with a key?

Would this work on a French window without a lock or external handle?

We have a Kaba cylinder, so when it is turned on the outside, the key remains still on the inside. Depending on the actions on the outside, the Nuki on the inside must therefore turn several times in the same direction. Can the Nuki do this? (Example: The Nuki has opened the door, so it is in the open position. Now the outside is closed with the key, the Nuki does not notice anything because the key remains still on the inside. Now the Nuki should open again, although it is still open in the turn position).

We have a door with a Domakaba cylinder, but with an emergency exit function, i.e. even if it is closed, I can always get out if the door latch is pressed. I took the Nuki test to determine whether the Smart Lock Pro would work with my KABA lock. The result was no. Apparently my lock fails because I cannot use a key on the outside to open the lock when there's a key in the lock on the inside. Is there any way, perhaps with an adapter of some kind, to solve this incompatibility? Why I ask? The substitute for a friend's cleaning woman couldn't get the key to the friend's apartment from the cleaning agency, so when the friend returned home the apartment had not been cleaned. A device like this one could have solved that problem and others like it.
