The machine you would like the difference is the 8 mm clamp, the one I bought has a 6 mm clamp and an 8 mm clamp, and mine has a 220 volt cable, the one you would like has an acccu.

No, it is not suitable for that. It is possible to make grooves in various shapes with a router. The router works with a rotating (finger) cutter that is clamped vertically and then plunged into the workpiece like this. A flat dowel router (such as the Makita PJ7000j), on the other hand, has a small, horizontally aligned saw blade similar to a circular saw and "cuts" the groove for the flat dowels by "plunging" the saw blade into the workpiece. The flat dowels then fit exactly to the thickness and the milled out shape (oval) of the groove made.

Hello DRabbit, This product contains: Milling attachment straight Milling attachment swivelling Router attachment Rip fence Collets 1/4", 6 and 8 mm Copying sleeve Suction nozzle, key MAKPAC-D transport case As I ordered and received this item via Galaxus a few weeks ago, I must unfortunately confirm that the router was delivered with a Euro plug (shipped via a German supplier of Galaxus). On request, an adapter was sent to me free of charge. At the moment, the supplier seems to be a Swiss company; perhaps this has been corrected and you will receive the router with a Swiss plug.
