Questions about Doppler Active

1.30 m is the depth! The centre bar is 1.80m long. The two "outer struts" are each 1.30m long. I hope that helps. Incidentally, a super product as it is incredibly versatile in terms of positioning.

The parasol cannot be folded up. To close it, the sail must be released from the holders on the right and left, which is relatively easy. It is not possible to fold it in the classic way as with an umbrella.

The sunshade cannot be folded. Instead, it can be adjusted in height, tilted, swivelled and rotated to provide optimum protection.

What is its basis? I don't see it

I can't be sure, but I would say 2-2.5cm diameter. The bar is divided into two parts and can be adjusted. I would say that it fits in with you and the part is great. It can be easily adjusted to the desired angle. I have attached the pole to railings over a length of approx. 1 metre and it is super stable, I don't know about a stand/foot

The shade comes without a base. The diameter of the stick is 25mm, so the tube of the base must be at least 25mm in diameter. I bought a cheaper and easier to lift base, which can be filled with water or sand. I can't recommend it, umbrella keeps falling over in stronger winds! I would also use a granite or cement base!

We bought a standard stand with it. However, I would not take the screen to the lake as it turns when it is windy, but you can try if you can fix it somehow.

With me, the screen has never turned... but it is not completely free-standing but has one side facing the balcony - so it is somewhat protected from the wind.

This shade has the dimensions 180 x 130 cm.
