These useful single-wire connectors in the set are ideal for applications where moisture or adverse environmental conditions play a role, such as telephone wires, intercom systems, or in harsh industrial environments for measurement, signal, and control applications. The gel filling of the connector provides long-term protection against liquids and ensures a secure connection for signal lines or for voltages up to 75 V/DC or 50 V/AC. The cables are stripped during the crimping process, and the electrical connection is established. During this process, some gel may leak from the connector, which is dependent on the diameter of the cables used and is completely normal.
