This practical USB soldering iron from ProsKit is perfect for small soldering tasks at your desk. The soldering iron is ideal for SMD components as well as larger standard parts like pin headers and resistors. It reaches operating temperature in just 15 seconds, allowing you to start soldering immediately. If the soldering iron is not used for more than 25 seconds, it automatically shuts off (touch sensor). A plastic cap is included for protection and transport, which can be easily removed. To operate the soldering iron via a USB port, it must provide at least 1.5 A. First, check if your USB port is suitable for the soldering iron and if it has overcurrent protection to prevent damage. It is recommended to use the soldering iron with a powered USB hub or via a USB power supply.

Important information about the soldering iron:
The plastic protective cap on the soldering iron is attached and can be easily removed. The cap should not be unscrewed, as this may cause the nut on the soldering tip to come loose.
