Durable, breathable, and lightweight cut protection made of a 5-layer Dyneema insert, certified according to EN 381-5 class 1-20m/s. The cut protection trousers X-treme Air impress with their sporty and fresh design. When selecting the outer fabrics, attention was paid to durability, breathability, and above all, lightness. Thanks to the innovative 5-layer Dyneema cut protection insert "5x5 cut protection," the weight has been minimized without compromising safety.
On the front leg side, the trousers feature a waterproof outer fabric up to the knee area, extending to the rear calf area for enhanced protection against moisture. This design prevents the outer fabric from soaking up water. In the lower leg area, there is a drawstring with hooks to securely attach the trousers to forestry boots, preventing them from slipping during work in brambles or snow. Long ventilation zips on the back of the trousers enhance airflow. Kevlar trimmings on high-stress areas, including the knees and inside of the legs, ensure the durability of the X-treme Air. The RainTex membrane underneath provides complete protection against moisture. The trousers are equipped with a metre rule pocket, pen pockets, and a chainsaw key pocket for convenient tool storage. For added comfort and air circulation, the X-treme Air features an inner lining made of mesh fabric.
Areas of use include tree climbing, forestry, horticulture, hunting, landscaping, and agriculture.
