Tungsten-Vanadium steel milling cutters. Selected tungsten-vanadium steel quality. Practical and stable construction. Shaft and milling part made from a single piece. Precisely ground teeth and optimal run-out accuracy while maintaining elasticity. Ideal for freehand work. Suitable for processing soft and hardwoods, non-ferrous metals, precious metals, as well as plastics and gypsum. Shafts with a diameter of 2.35 or 3.0 mm. Optimal for shaping, profiling, and grooving. The optimal cutting speeds depend on the diameter of the respective cutter and the material being processed. The larger the cutter, the lower the speed must be. For the material being processed: soft material requires high speed, hard material requires low speed. The exception is plastic. For clean and powerful clamping of the cutters, the use of Micromot steel collets is recommended. Two pieces.
