For FF 500 BL

Automatic universal axis feed AV/E for the X axis of the FF 500/BL milling machine. Also fits the predecessor cross table KT 400 and the milling machine FF 400.

Easy installation: The unit is mounted to the cross table with two screws and actuates the X axis spindle automatically. For manual operation, the handwheel is mounted on the shaft of the axis drive. Balanced DC special motor with electronic speed control (full wave electronics). Manual transmission with freewheel and two speed stages: Stage 1 for normal machining (20 - 75 mm/min). Step 2: High speed machining or fast movement of the X axis (90 - 260 mm/min). Freewheel for manual machining by means of handwheel.

Technical data: 230 V, 100 W, 50/60 Hz. Spindle speeds 10 - 130 rpm. Dimensions: H 120, W 170, D 210 mm. Weight 3.5 kg. Insulated according to class 1.
