The device processes NLGI 2 greases at a minimum temperature of 10 °C. The grease delivery volume at 200 bar back pressure remains nearly unchanged after 40,000 operating cycles. The pump piston, cylinder, and O-ring have a precision fit of 6, which eliminates false lubrication. In cases of high back pressure, such as at gummed-up lubrication points, the lubrication point can be overcome with significantly less pressure force due to the short stroke.

The optimal lever ratios allow for minimal force application when operating the hand lever. Thanks to its easy disassembly, cleaning is straightforward. The rolled thread on the grease gun tube is resistant to damage from impacts and allows for quick and easy screwing in with 1.5 turns. Quick venting occurs with a half turn of the grease gun tube.
