The construction of the inner chassis is made from EPS material, distributed in various densities to dissipate the energy released upon impact. The outer shell is designed using two different sizes of molds to enhance performance based on size, and it combines aramid-carbon fiber with epoxy resin to make the casing lightweight, flexible, and durable. The smaller shells are available in sizes XS to M, while the larger shells cover sizes L to XXL. The Advanced Padding System included in the helmet allows for customization of the interior for a better fit and increased comfort. The kit is made from breathable materials, is hypoallergenic, fully washable, and removable. The Easy Fit system provides ample space for wearing glasses while riding. The micrometric closure allows for quick release and is prepared for the installation of Bluetooth communication systems. Optimal ventilation is ensured through large front openings, a chin vent, and exhaust vents at the back. The scratch-resistant polycarbonate visor is also equipped with a dark inner visor to enable optimal riding in all weather and light conditions; this visor is operated via a lever on the left side of the helmet. The helmet also features a Pinlock lens that can be mounted without additional tools. The specially designed visor closure at the chin area is a unique mechanism that makes the helmet quieter and safer at high speeds with a simple click.
