The outer shell consists of two different sizes of molds made from Dyneema and carbon-aramid fiber, combined with epoxy resin. The inner shell is made from EPS material, a special polystyrene that is pressed in multiple layers with varying densities. This construction ensures good helmet performance in terms of energy distribution in the event of an impact and keeps it lightweight. The visor is made from scratch-resistant polycarbonate, and the helmet is equipped with a small, retractable dark inner visor that provides optimal visibility in all weather and lighting conditions. The visor is designed to accommodate the Pinlock® anti-fog system with the included Pinlock® lens. The visor's closure mechanism is located on the chin guard. The helmet also features a special mechanism that securely and quietly fastens the helmet with a simple click, even at high speeds. Wide ventilation openings at the front of the chin guard ensure good airflow, while the rear exhaust fan ensures the expulsion of warm air. The "Advanced Padding System" kit is included in the package, allowing the customer to adjust the inner fit, which is removable, washable, and hypoallergenic due to Sanitized treatment. Interior pads are placed to allow space for glasses. The micrometric buckle enables quick release and is prepared for the installation of a Bluetooth® communication system.
