The outer shell is made of aramid fiber-reinforced carbon with epoxy resin, making it lightweight, flexible, and impact-resistant. The inner shell consists of EPS material with variable density in different areas to ensure optimal shock absorption. The outer shell is produced in two mold sizes to better fit the required size. The small shell covers sizes XS to M, while the larger shell covers sizes L to XXL. The main visor is made of clear, scratch-resistant polycarbonate and covers the entire face to provide protection against wind and dust. The inner visor is tinted and functions like sunglasses in bright light. It can be operated via a lever at the bottom, allowing it to be lowered or raised inside the shell. The inner visor is also prepared for the Pinlock® anti-fog system. Two air vents at the top and an exhaust vent at the back ensure good ventilation. The interior is designed for comfort, excellent visibility, and freedom of movement. All inner linings are hypoallergenic thanks to the Sanitized coating, which is removable and washable. The helmet is designed for the installation of Bluetooth® communication systems. The micrometric strap buckle allows for quick putting on and taking off.
