The threaded turning insert ISO TN 16EL190W:T8030 is a high-precision, single-sided insert specifically designed for left-hand cutting tools. With an inner circle diameter of 9.525 mm and a triangular shape with an included angle of 60°, it offers optimal geometry for machining BSW external threads with 19 TPI. The T8030 PVD coating enhances wear resistance and allows for the machining of various materials, including steel, stainless steel, and cast iron. This insert is ideal for applications in the ISO substrate ranges P25-P40, M20-M35, and K20-K40. It is supplied in a packaging unit of five pieces and is a reliable choice for precise thread machining.
