Compared to Strelitzia Reginae, Strelitzia Nicolai produces blue-white flowers. However, the likelihood of blooming here is virtually zero. The plant would need to be in a large greenhouse. Nevertheless, Strelitzia Nicolai is an absolute eye-catcher due to its foliage. The leaves can easily grow over 2 meters long. A total height of 5 meters for the plant is not uncommon in nature. Like all Strelitzias, this one is also a real showstopper, and tree strelitzias are very rare in our surroundings. Seeds from tree strelitzias are also available from us. The high demands of the plant must be met.

General Information
Your plant arrives freshly repotted in a larger black cultivation pot made from recycled material with a drainage hole, filled with fresh, peat-free Swiss soil. This way, you won't have to worry about repotting. You may need a decorative pot or saucer. The pot has a diameter of 15 cm, and the plant has a height of approximately 30 cm, including the pot. The suitable decorative pot has a diameter of 16 cm / 17 cm. Shipping is directly from Switzerland.

Care Instructions
Location: Bright, but no direct sunlight.

Watering: Regularly, about once a week or more often. The soil should always remain moist. However, ensure that no waterlogging occurs. To prevent this, remove the decorative pot for a few minutes. Adjust the watering interval according to location and season!

Fertilizing: From March to October: every two weeks with liquid fertilizer for green or houseplants.

Special: If possible, regularly mist or rinse with lukewarm water.
