Aeschynanthus Variegata (Lipstick Plant)

The evergreen Aeschynanthus Variegata (Lipstick Plant), native to Asia, produces red flowers in spring. It is an excellent choice for hanging baskets as it trails beautifully. The Aeschynanthus Variegata prefers a bright location without direct sunlight. Watering should be done about once a week. The soil should never dry out completely, but waterlogging must be avoided. Regularly mist with low-calcium water. The stems can reach lengths of up to 120 cm. This plant is not suitable for households with pets.

The pot has a diameter of 15 cm, and the plant, including the pot, has a height of approximately 30 cm. The plant is delivered in a hanging basket or pot. Shipping is directly from Switzerland.

Care Instructions:
Location: Bright, but no direct sunlight.

Watering: Regularly, about once a week. The soil should always remain moist. However, ensure that water does not accumulate. To prevent this, remove the outer pot for a few minutes. Adjust the watering interval based on location and season!

Fertilizing: From March to October: every two weeks with liquid fertilizer for green or houseplants.

Special Note: If possible, regularly mist or rinse with lukewarm water.
