Product details

This indoor banana plant, also known as Musa Dwarf Cavendish, originally comes from Southeast Asia and Australia. The Musa belongs to the Musaceae family. It is a tropical houseplant with beautiful large leaves. The Musa Dwarf Cavendish grows steadily and develops thick leaves and a robust rhizome. Its enormous leaves feature a stunning dark purple pattern. What makes this plant so extraordinary is that its leaves release moisture, which increases the humidity in the room. Bring the tropics into your home with your very own large banana tree!

Care
The Musa is made up of about 80% water and therefore enjoys a good drink. Water the plant regularly and ensure that the soil never dries out. Additionally, the plant loves rain, so occasionally give it a summer shower or mist it several times a week. The Musa also loves light and warmth, so do not place it in the shade. At least five hours of direct sunlight per day will promote growth. Suddenly, the edges of the leaves may turn brown, and eventually, the entire leaf may die off. This is a natural process, so do not be alarmed. The Musa replaces its old leaves with new ones.
