Plant lilies in a sheltered spot by a fence or among other plants and shrubs. The flowers prefer to be in the sun. Lily bulbs can be planted in spring, around April to May, or in autumn, from October to November. In frost, it is best to protect the bulbs and any emerging shoots with some leaves or branches. It is recommended to replant lilies every 3 to 4 years. This allows them to draw new energy from the fresh soil, and the lilies will bloom beautifully and vibrantly for years to come.
