Product details
Hydrangea arborescens 'Strong Annabelle' is a very popular hydrangea with beautiful white flowers. Hydrangea arborescens (Latin name for hydrangea) is native to North America and is a vigorous, deciduous shrub. The plant is very popular because of its spectacular white flowers, which grow to about the size of a football. The Strong Annabelle is a stronger variant of the common Hydrangea Annabelle and holds up better in rain and wind as the stems are more stable. The Strong Annabelle grows to a height of around 120 to 150 cm and has a long flowering period from July to September.
Care
Hydrangeas do not like drought and need plenty of water, especially in summer. It is best to give the hydrangea a large amount of water at once. The plant can be planted from March to mid-October, both outdoors and in a decorative pot. Keep a distance of 75 cm between the plants when planting. The plant is best cut back in March. The more you cut back the Starke Annabelle, the larger the flowers will be.
