Product details
Hydrangea Teller is one of the most popular hydrangeas for the garden. Hydrangea Teller Pink features striking pink flower clusters. The flowers have the easily recognizable shape of hydrangeas: flat clusters in vibrant colors. The Hydrangea Teller is stunning when in bloom. In most cases, two types of flowers are united in a flower head: small, fertile flowers in the center and larger, often differently colored flowers at the edges. The eye-catching blooms attract insects to the fertile flowers in the middle. The Hydrangea Teller blooms from June to September and can reach a height of up to 150 cm under favorable conditions.
Care
Hydrangeas prefer a slightly acidic, humus-rich soil. Some shade is acceptable. Since hydrangeas bloom at the ends of branches from buds that were formed in the previous year, rejuvenation pruning is the best method to keep the shrubs healthy and within bounds. Each spring, cut back the old flower remnants just below. Then remove 20% of the oldest branches, and in five years, you will have a completely rejuvenated shrub with new blooming branches, without the shrub increasing in size.
