Product details

Pampas grass originally comes from South America and is considered one of the most beautiful grasses. The grass can bloom with lovely elongated plumes in white and pink colors. The long, narrow leaves complete the graceful appearance of these plants. Pampas grass is hardy down to -10 degrees Celsius and grows quickly. This type of grass looks great in borders but is also beautiful as a single plant in a large pot.

Care
Pampas grass can grow quickly and become very large, especially when planted in rich soil. It is advisable to prune the pampas grass in February or March. Cut the plant back to 30 cm above the ground. This robust plant is also evergreen in winter. Only in very harsh winters can the plant freeze above ground. In this case, it almost always sprouts again in spring. The plants can grow significantly, and the long, narrow, and particularly decorative leaves can reach a height of 3 meters.
