The Codiaeum Iceton is known for its changing appearance. The leaves of this plant start with a very bright yellow color and gradually transform into a dark green leaf with red accents. Typically, the lower leaves are darker than the upper ones, giving it a very special look. This beautiful, large plant originates from Malaysia, Australia, and Indonesia. In its natural environment, this plant can grow up to three meters tall. Fortunately, its growth is limited in our climate, and the Codiaeum Iceton fits well in a living room.

Care
Place the Codiaeum in a sunny spot. The Wonder Bush needs at least five hours of sunlight a day. Position the plant near a window facing north, east, or west. If the plant is near a south-facing window, it is advisable to place it two meters away from the window, as it may receive too much direct sunlight otherwise. However, with insufficient light, the leaves may drop or lose their beautiful color. Fluctuating temperatures can also cause the plant to lose its leaves. This plant does not like drafts. Water the plant adequately; in summer, three to four times a week is best, and in winter, once every five days. The soil should not dry out. It is best to mist the Wonder Bush with water once a week to remove dust from the leaves and prevent pests. Be cautious, as this houseplant is mildly toxic to pets.
