Product details

The Citrus Lemon, or lemon tree, is a beautiful ornamental plant with fragrant flowers. Place it in a sunny spot and enjoy your lemon tree in your own garden. This container plant is richly flowering and can bear many fruits. The flowers of the lemon tree give off a lovely, sweet fragrance. Its creamy white flowers appear abundantly in spring and the tree bears fruit every year. The elongated oval fruits are delicious and have a sweet skin and soft flesh.

Care
The lemon tree thrives best as a container plant. Choose a large flower pot with holes in the bottom. Give the lemon tree plenty of water immediately after planting. Citrus lemon likes to grow in a sunny, sheltered spot. Also prune back the long branches in February and remove crossing branches to stimulate new growth. Water regularly in summer, preferably with rainwater. The soil must not get too wet, so a pot with holes in the bottom is recommended. Please note that the citrus tree is not hardy and must therefore be brought indoors before the frost. The citrus tree can also be used as a houseplant all year round.
