The KG-F8 door drop seal from Planet is an innovative solution for improving the sound and smoke tightness of doors, especially glass doors. This automatic seal features a one-sided trigger and allows for parallel lowering, automatically adjusting to uneven floors. With a sealing height of up to 16 mm, it effectively reduces noise levels by up to 48 dB. The seal is made of high-quality silicone and comes in a silver anodized aluminum finish, which is both aesthetically pleasing and durable. The door drop seal is 959 mm long and can be shortened by up to 125 mm to ensure optimal fitting for various door sizes. It is mounted on the side and includes a cover plate for the lock side, which can be used with double doors.
