PFERD Needle File Flat Tapered CORINOX P 180 H 2, 2301 H 2
The flat tapered needle file features an exceptional surface hardness of 1200 HV (Vickers hardness). It is particularly suitable for the finest and most intricate machining tasks on stainless steel (INOX), such as V2A, V4A, high-temperature resistant steels, and exotic alloys, as well as fiber-reinforced plastics. Its highly precise design meets the highest quality standards and offers excellent material removal performance. The high surface hardness makes CORINOX® files extremely wear-resistant and durable. They are ideal for machining materials that are difficult to file. Chips can be easily removed by lightly tapping.
