PFERD flap disc Polifan flat design, ceramic grain, Ø 115, 80 (PFF 115 CO-FREEZE 80 SG-INOX)

This flat design abrasive features a ceramic grain with an active grinding and cooling special coating (FREEZE), suitable for stainless steel (INOX) and nickel-based alloys (e.g., Inconel and Hastelloy). It is ideal for surface grinding and working on weld seams. This tool is designed for the most demanding grinding tasks, offering no discoloration and significantly lower heat transfer into the workpiece compared to standard flap discs, thanks to the FREEZE coating. It provides aggressive cutting performance throughout its entire service life and outstanding durability. The highly effective fillers create a shiny cooling film on the disc, preventing "glazing."
