PFERD flap disc POLIFAN conical design, ceramic grain, Ø 115, 36 (PFC 115 CO-FREEZE 36 SG-INOX)

This conical design flap disc features an abrasive ceramic grain with an active grinding and cooling special coating (FREEZE), suitable for stainless steel (INOX) and nickel-based alloys (e.g., Inconel and Hastelloy). It is ideal for surface grinding and working on weld seams. This tool is designed for the most demanding grinding tasks, providing no discoloration and significantly lower heat transfer into the workpiece compared to standard flap discs, thanks to the FREEZE coating. It offers aggressive cutting performance throughout its entire service life and outstanding durability. The highly effective fillers create a shiny cooling film on the disc, preventing "glazing."
