Product details

Diamond files and sheets are used wherever conventional files fail due to the hardness of the material being processed. They are also used for machining hardened steel. The working temperatures are so low that no chemical wear occurs. This allows the higher hardness of the diamond grain to be utilized for a longer service life. Diamond needle files are universally applicable in toolmaking for hard materials.
