The front of the pants features cut and puncture protection that can withstand the razor-sharp tusks of a wild or wounded boar. In the past, there have been many accidents where hunters or foresters bled to death within a short time due to severed major arteries in the leg. To protect against thorn bushes and sharp-edged branches and bushes, the front of the pants is made from Pfanner's ultra-robust GLADIATOR fabric. This material is not only extremely durable but also water and dirt repellent. The back of the waistband of the tracking pants is extended to warm the kidneys in cold environments.
