Petzl Strato White Safety Helmet

The very lightweight Strato helmet offers good wearing comfort thanks to the Centerfit and Flip-Fit systems, which ensure excellent stability of the helmet on the head. Its chin strap with adjustable retention force makes it suitable for both work at height and on the ground. The closed outer shell provides protection against electrical hazards, splashes from molten metal, and flames. The optimal integration of a Petzl headlamp, a visor, standard hearing protection, and numerous accessories makes it a modular helmet that meets the additional requirements of professional users.

Description

Lightweight design and comfort:

• Inner shell made of EPP (expanded polypropylene) and EPS (expanded polystyrene) for weight reduction.
• The Centerfit adjustment system with its two side adjustment wheels ensures that the helmet remains centered on the head.
• The Flip-Fit system allows the headband to be positioned in the lower position to ensure optimal helmet stability. When the helmet is not in use and for transport, the system can be stored within the helmet shell.
• Supplied with replaceable, absorbent comfort pads.

Head protection suitable for work at height and on the ground:

• The dual chin strap allows the user to change the retention force of the chin strap to adapt the helmet to different work situations: work at height (EN 12492) and work on the ground (EN 397). The clip has two positions for two different purposes: high retention force to reduce the risk of the helmet being knocked off the head during a fall, and low retention force to reduce the risk of strangulation if the helmet gets caught while working on the ground.
• Shock absorption through deformation of the inner shell, protection against electrical hazards, splashes from molten metal, and flames thanks to the closed outer shell.
